Privileged Status

We know that getting your money through ATMs is important. We also know that it shouldn’t cost an arm and leg to use the ATM you choose. That’s why we’re pleased to announce that Greater Iowa Credit Union has joined the Privileged Status program. Our membership in Privileged Status is an extra benefit of having your ATM or debit card with us. Just look for the Privileged Status logo at ATMs, and you won’t pay a surcharge fee!

ATM Safety Tips

  • Have your ATM card and transaction ready before you arrive at the ATM.
  • Make sure your transaction is complete before you leave the ATM.
  • Make sure the ATM is well lit or you are comfortable using it after hours.
  • Memorize you Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  • Do not give your PIN to others.
  • Report a lost card immediately.
  • Save all your receipts and verify them against your monthly statement.
  • Do not withdraw money for strangers.
  • Keep your card in a safe place.
  • Protect the magnetic stripe of your ATM card.
  • Avoid leaving your card exposed in a hot car.
