There is no monthly or per item fee to use Bill Payer.

To use Bill Payer, funds must be available on the withdrawal date indicated on the Bill Payer screen. The system will automatically withdraw the funds on that day and send the payment to the designated payee or merchant.

The Bill Pay Center will send a payment either by check through the U.S Postal Service or electronically through the Automated Clearing House. If Bill Payer sends a payment by U.S. Postal Service, the Credit Union is not responsible for late payments due to mail service or circumstances beyond the control of the Credit Union.

In the event funds are not available in your account and you are set up with overdraft protection, the Credit Union will transfer funds to your share draft (checking) account. An overdraft transfer fee of $3.00 plus tax will be charged to your share draft (checking) account.

If there are insufficient funds in your account, the system will attempt to process the request for two additional business days. If after three attempts the funds are still unavailable, the payment will be rejected as a non-sufficient funds (NSF) item. A notice of insufficient funds will be mailed and a fee of $20.00 will be charged to your share draft (checking) account. In the event of continued failure to have sufficient funds in your share draft (checking) account, the Credit Union reserves the right to terminate your Bill Payer service without prior notification.

You must input the correct address and account information in order to make a payment using Bill Payer. The Credit Union is not responsible for late payments or non-payments because of errors due to incorrect entry of a payee or merchant address or account numbers.
