Before you can access your account information from the mobile app, you’ll need to activate the mobile function in online banking.
Click on the mobile enrollment tab. There you’ll be asked to enable the access and enter an e-mail address.
Click on the mobile authorizations tab. There you’ll need to enter a 4-digit code that you will use on your mobile device to make transactions. If you forget this code, you can enter a new code by logging into online banking and following the same steps.
For security purposes, the mobile app requires you to enter your user name and password each time you access your account through the app. In addition, you will need to enter your mobile authorization code each time you make certain transfers or authorizations.
The industry trend for mobile banking app developers is to not provide a Blackberry app, as the devices have lost significant market share. Greater Iowa members who use a Blackberry can still use the web-based online banking system on their phones.
