Greater Iowa Credit Union’s Mortgage Loan Officer Matt Koehler was named a top mortgage lender in Story County by the Iowa Mortgage Association (IMA).
Koehler was named to the prestigious “President’s Circle,” by the IMA. The award recognizes mortgage officers who originate more than $20 million during the year. Koehler was recognized because he originated $27.6 million from 205 loans in 2011. He was the only Story County lender to receive the designation.
“I’d like to congratulate Matt for a job well done,” said Neal Dietz, Greater Iowa’s vice president of lending. “Matt’s dedication to customer service has allowed him to achieve this elite level. This award shows that if you’re looking to buy or refinance a home, Greater Iowa Credit Union has the products and Matt provides the exemplary service.”
Greater Iowa has two dedicated mortgage originators: Koehler in the Ames and Denison offices; and Eric Krieger in the Des Moines offices.
